Im on the quest where I have to talk to harromount but it wont let me talk to him. i talk to the guy in the pub and he says he wont talk to me and he has nothing else to say to me unless i find out what balen is doing. i talk to balens guy and same thing, ...wont talk to me unless i find out what harromount wants me to do. Ive talked to every NPC and even tried leaving and coming back and same thing...

i dont remember that being in the quest 0.0 harrowmont should ask you to go fight in the proving...

i did fight in the proving and im beggining to wonder if this is a bug or something.
