I've just added points to my account and then proceeded to purchase a few DLC through the social site. But when i tried to download Golems Of Amgarrak, the purchase page would just reload itself without progressing to the checkout/confirmation.
I tried to get it ingame but encountered the following error: "Sorry your request could not be completed at this time. Please try again."
Help, i'm a completetionist and its eating me up inside that i can't get this!

Interestingly enough, i was able to purchase Darkspawn Chronicles after encountering this issue, tried again to no avail.

Have patience, try again the next day or week and in the meantime, have a look at the DA PC tech support for help with DLC, or at Points Site Help for issues with the BioWare Points.
The BioWare Store supported by this forum here doesn't deal with DLC or Points. It currently sells physical merchandise only.

Thanks for the links, but i couldnt find anything pertaining to this issue, and thankfully someone else already posted the exact same problem in the Points help forum.
Thing is, my issue doesn't concern the purchasing of points, rather the usage of them.

Am experiencing the same issue. I just purchased 960 points and got Leliana's Song however after attempting to buy The Golems of Amgarrak I hit this error.
