I think the scions shockwave attack is a bit op, as it goes through everything and tend to fry the squadmembers as they are too stupid take cover when it fires, takes a bloody long time to take it down on your own.

All of them are equally hated because their purpose in life is to get in my way dead or alive.

So the feelings are mutual. May they have better aim and a few extra rounds than I --- otherwise --- their dead.

There is only one individual enemy and that one alone that I hate with all fiery passion that I am willing to devote to a game character: that one Vorcha Pyro. Oh yes, you know the one I mean.

I do indeed. However, my hatred is greatly tempered by the pure, undiluted joy I feel every time I waste him. I use incendiary ammo to do it, too.

Except for that one time I carried a black hole projector weapon just for him, so I could render him helpless and shoot that tank on his back with a pistol just so he'd die in a ball of his own flame.

"I hear the screaming in my head. It's nice. Yeah."

Harbinger. For an extremely old and intelligent creature his smacktalking is quite sub-par.

And all types of heavies. I HATE rocketspamming with a passion.

Yes.  Yes I do.  If only we had ME1 style grenades.

As an overall enemy that you fight consistently, though, Scions and Harbinger are the most annoying.  Things that shoot biotics and are immune to crowd control suck.  Praetorians aren't too bad because they're slow; anything with a flamethrower is just a walking bomb asking for you to hit it with Incinerate or Overload; Husks are wimpy compared to ME1, vulnerable to insta-gib from Incinerate, anything that freezes them, any biotic power that knocks them off their feet, and charging krogan.  Klixen suck just because you're always facing three or more, but they aren't common enough to put them on the annoying list.

I carry a Collecter beam projector all the time because I play like Shepard doesn't know what's coming ... but I happened to have that same "nice coincidence" just for that guy, too. Amazing. I wonder what the odds are for two coincidences like that? ;)

It's not bad - as long as you're in cover it passes right over you, even on Insanity. Before I learned to listen for the sound of approaching bursts it used to destroy me, but it isn't a problem now.

...except, the range. Sometimes it feels like they can stand a mile away and still nail you. Keep your head down!

Good advice there. If you keep your ears open for the sound, you can even step aside in time.

I'm surprized not to see the Thresher Maw on Tachanka mentioned. Did somebody post and I miss it? The thing spits at you.

An Jedore is a nag and a nusance.

"I've tracked the Krogan release -- Okeer, of course."

Wow. What a ditz. How long did it take her to figure that one out?

I always assumed the sack was full of some kind of eezo compound.

The Codex explains the basics:

These sacks contain brain matter and spinal tissue, too much to have come from just one victim. This indicates scions are an amalgam of several individuals, with one primary victim providing the frame and several "secondaries" providing the flesh for a decentralized semi-mechanical nervous system. This decentralization makes them highly
resistant to gunshot wounds; even a headshot is not a certain kill.

The scions' weapons, however, indicate that scions retain some living tissue, or at least sustain some of the same electrochemical reactions as those of a human biotic. The weapon creates a powerful warp effect, which is consistent with the eezo nodules visible in the scion's expansive nervous system. Given the rarity of human biotics, it seems likely that these dust-form eezo nodules are deposited during their transformation, rather than requiring a biotic victim in the first place.

Scions are by far the most annoying enemy in the game.

Scions and Harbinger are a joke by themselves .

They are only deadly when they have a crapload of minions.

Peatorians are easy because they are by themselves mostly

Bioware should've made you fight Harbinger Paetorian and a scion all at once.

I don't have a problem with it, I said my squadmates do, and the reason I nominated the scion was because it takes ages to kill on my own. ;)

Cerberus.

Seriously though, i play on Insanity and the only enemy that is a consistent problem are damned Praetorians. They are such a pain in the ass. Everything else is fun to fight since there are good strategies to use, but i always just bring along the Cain to get rid of the bastards. Worst thing about them is that they show you just how stupid your squadmates really are.
