In the epilogue, you can ask the ruler for a title and riches, basically getting the title of Teyrn of Gwaren and the riches of Loghain, but this never seems to play any role (even as an elf or a mage) in the epilogue or the DLCs. Even Awakening doesn't factor you being Teyrn when you assume the role of Arl of Amaranthine and no one in Gwaren seems to care whether their new Teyrn is an elf, a dwarf, or a mage. Is this boon solely for immersion? I doubt it's going to factor into DA2 since the sequel doesn't feature the Warden as the main character. Factoring that your Warden could be the best friend of King Alistair or earn the favor of Queen Anora by sparing her father, couldn't one assume that you'd be given the role of Teyrn even if you ask for something else (like the Magi Royal Boon)? I think it's as likely Alistair would favor someone he trusts with a position of power over a complete stranger, after all. Is there any point in asking for this?
Is there any point in a title and riches?

No one in Amaranthine cares if you're the ruler's consort, either. You would think that would be sort of a big deal! So I think it is what you make it, in terms of your PC's epilogue. None of the boons really "matter," it's more what your PC would choose in RP terms, as I see it.

I choose it once...
Then reloaded since I kept hearing Jerry Macquire screaming:
SHOW ME THE MONEY!
