I was for two of them! I seriously hate LOTR though. I mean, I know it was basically the original Fantasy novel... but it just seems so generic nowadays. I much prefer Low or Dark Fantasy, like ASOIAF or the First Law.

As for me (speaking for my male Hawke ), I'd like to see a female warrior LI. Make her either a qunari or an elf with a clever mind, strong personal views and no obsession with shoes and I'm all set.

Normal love interests are boring. I want a classy and elegant woman who looks like Olga Sherer. She needs to be a tormented character and remain really distant thoughout the whole game even if you romance her (which has to be a very difficult thing to do). She cannot be a warrior, probably a mage.
