Hey, I'm not too educated in computer talk or anything like that, but I was going to ask if this computer would be great to run games like Mass Effect and such, thanks.

Yes, that's good. The 6Gb RAM is only useful if you have a 64 bit operating system so if your Windows is 32 bit, save some money and go for 4GB (Windows 32 bit can use up to 3.25).
