ME1-female- Tali- it's hard not to love Tali in this game. I was never a big Ashley fan as her views are nearly the opposite of mine. I like Liara as well but not as much as Tali.

ME1-male- Wrex- the fact that he's a Krogan that actually wants more for his people than the old ways is great. Plus he's just a bad ass ninja.

ME2-female-Samara-you'd think that I'd continue to like Tali  but her views on the Geth/Quarian conflict changed my opinion of her. Samara's dedication to her code is amazing. Really the females on ME2 just aren't as appealing to me as the first game. I think they are actually better looking but Jack is annoying and Miranda is a cerberus slave(although fantastic to look at).

ME2- male- Thane- one of the coolest characters in the series and the Drell are one of my favorite species.

*Mordin is my favorite male that made his debut in ME2, but if we're counting returning characters then Garrus is still my favorite.
