I pre-ordered Dragon Age through gamestop and received the redeemable codes for additional content such as the feral wolf charm and memory band. When I first installed the game I made an account here at bioware and used my codes to redeem my additional content. The content never downloaded and installed until I patched to 1.01. The last time I played my game the content finished downloading, then I saved my game and quit. I came back on a few hours later and tried to reload my save but the game is telling me the saved game contains premium content and that an owner of the premium content must log in. Basically I can't use a save that I was just playing using the same account information I signed up with. I'm not sure what exactly I can do, I logged off then logged back in and attempted a restart but neither works. Any assistance would be appreciated. Until then I'll just have to make a new character.
Ok, just to expand on this issue, now I can't load the content at all with myself being logged in. It tells me until I log in with an account that purchased x premium content I can't use it in-game. I'm still using the exact same log in information I use on here to log in, and I double-checked my content on my profile to make sure it is being listed here, but in-game it tells me my account cannot use it. Please help.
