If this is a dumb question I apologize in advance - I have redeemed shale & the blood dragon armor with the redeem codes but cant seem to get either to appear in the actual game. What am i doing wrong?

There is no Shale in Mass Effect 2. Also, did you download and install the unlocked DLCs? You can find them in Profile --> Your registered game promotions.

Thanks for the reply but I am not playing mass effect 2. Am playing dragon age origins. When I go to your registered game promotions both shale and the blood dragon armour are listed but for some reason dont actually show up in the game ???

oops just realised I am in the wrong forum - I should be in the dragon age technical support area

i think ive sorted it. I just had to make sure i was running the prog as administrator.
