Every time I try to click a spell, it thinks I am clicking the windows taskbar, and closes to desktop, and when I reopen it the problem persists.
When I click here is when it closes.
Any ideas?

I have windows 7...
Every time I try to click a spell, it thinks I am clicking the windows taskbar, and closes to desktop, and when I reopen it the problem persists.

Can you tell us what version of windows you're using? If you're using Vista or Windows 7 (and maybe XP SP3), you'll need to install the game in Games, not Programs. (for some reasons windows won't allow some programs to run here).
Also, did you read the sticky posts? and did you patch the game?
