Spoilers, as I said.

Ok, so I just went back to the circle of mages, oh noes da demon's are loose, slash slash cut cut BOOM SPELL. anyways. i get to the top floor. oh look, its sloth, that stoner demon dog i meet when i was doing my Harrowing, hope he remembers me...

ok this is where i run into the troubles...

so i go through his little dream world. oh i can be a mouse! oooh ima flying spirit thing! woooah burning man saweet. DANG a golem! all is going well and good. i am progressing as i should. now i look at my quest info to get a better look. Oh no, I have to find Sten, Lelliana, and Wynne in the fade...thats weird I have been in every other area, oh ok they must be in those three outside nightmare sections...

So, I got to each nightmare section. I find some dead mages in one (Wynne i suppose), some quaririnininrinai nairn mercaneries or whatever there race is (sten, duuh), and a revered mother standing by an altar (Lelliana i would guess)......well....this is interesting...what is the point of this? i cannot do anything in this area...hmmm, why is nothing happening!?  So I end up trying everything, i use every form, run around the area over and over, use spell after spell on the people, BUT TO NO EFFECT! so what do i logically think? "Well gosh, i probably just have to kill sloth to get them out..."

YEA ****ING RIGHT! i go, i kill sloth, i watch him wither and die, and then a cutscene starts..."My name is Niall, your so much better than me, im just a stupid dumb cry baby like many other npcs", and i say, "thanks Niall ya dip**** but i gotta go save my friends now that Sloth is dead"...or so i thought.

BOOM BAM WHAM! im back in the tower...but...but what about my friends!? I COULDNT SAVE THEM BEFORE AND NOW I AM BACK IN THE TOWER!? I was furious at this point, how could this happen, how could i have not gotten them somehow?! and how am i going to get to the bottom of the tower by myself...so, i do what any sensible person would do... tilde! "runscript selectparty" ENTER! woot, there are my boys again, lets get you back in the fight.

So yes, i beat sloths dream, but when i came to the realization that my teammates did not make it out, i felt cheated! so i cheated the game! by using the selectparty cheat to get my guys back. so i go, i finish my adventure and i go back to camp for a nice slumber. when i wake up to go out to venture again, it goes to my party screen...WHAT?! WHAAAT?! WHAT IS THIS BLASPHEMY!!" i some how have all the companions...all of them (except shale). even the two that YOU CANNOT BY ANY MEANS HAVE AT THE SAME TIME (you people should know who i mean). well...this is odd i think, but i guess its alright, i will just use my...wait...why does my old team look so...basic. I CLICK ON ONE OF MY NORMAL COMPANIONS TO USE, AND WHAT DO I FIND?? ALL OF THEIR ****ING EQUIPMENT IS GONE!!! POOF, VANISHED, NO WHERE! I HAD EQUIPMENT ON THEM THAT YOU COULD ONLY RECIEVE ONCE! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT DECOY DUMMIES NOW! WHAT THE **** HAPPENED! WHAT THE **** I ASK! this is complete crap shack. I figure that when i used the cheat for party selection because I WAS FREAKING CHEATED OUT OF MY CHARACTERS BACK, that the game thought "well lets screw him over again!"...WHAT THE FREAKING HELL! AND BETTER YET I DONT HAVE A SAVE FILE EARLY ENOUGH FOR ME TO JUST RELOAD! I AM UBER PISSED! THAT IS WHY I AM RANTING SO MUCH!

please...please...PLEASE SOMEONE! help...me...solve...my problem. otherwise i swear to Allah I will go Al Quida on BioWare's main offices...

Just joking guys, dont mod me until i get my answer, cool thanks peace by ima go smash my head into stuff to relieve my anger

Delete characer..and restart, THINK about your choices this time, use the SAVE option ( you can save into multiple files...duh), and stop trying to fake suprise that the game is wonky because you chose to cheat.

think about my choices? are you kidding me? THE GAME GLITCHED OUT ON ME! MY NIGHTMARE SECTIONS OF THE LOST DREAM WERE NON WORKING! usually, when you go to the islands of the different nightmares, there is something you have to do, someone you must talk to or fight in order to get your companions back, I DID NOT HAVE THESE! so yes, i think that the fact that the game did not function as it was probably intended to is the games fault. my results of using cheats was only because the game went "wonky" even before hand. learn to read you jackass and dont bother to respond if you are not going to be productive.



/facepalm yourself, and be sure to use the palm that you regularly shove up your ass.

meh. I didn't have any problems in that part. Obviously if your using cheats your very impatient. I think you've gotten the best advice your going to get already. If you want my advice, just keep smashing your head. It might just knock some sense into you that cheating your way through a game is cheap and no where near as enjoyable.
