I really hope they handle the "mirror" better in this DLC. It was what made the Dalish origin the least interesting.

As far as a Alistair prequel DLC goes, he himself said it wasn't interesting. The only story that might be sorta interesting would be him going through the trail to become a Grey Warden, like you did in the Wilds, but that would be very similar to the Wilds quests. If you are thinking of potential DLC, I'd say Duncan would be an awesome character to focus on for a DLC. But it's not happening so no reason talking about it. I'm actually quite proud of how well Bioware has handled their DLC as far as continuity goes, and bringing Dog, Mirror, Morrigan and Strider back for this DLC really helps up wrap up the Origin Story. I just hope it's a worthy ending.

Warden's don't really get happy ever after. I think that's the point of the sacrifice...

Sorry fella, but the only reason guys bought Leliana's Song was they were hoping to see or have their love interest continued, same thing for Morrigan.  At least guys or same sex love interest with Leliana got to she her again and the same for Morrigan.  Female players won't get this option with Alistair or Zevran.  Female players who romance Alistair get him 3-4 minutes in Awakenings, big deal.

Only reason I got Leliana's Song was for the Battledress LULZ

What if Dog is the only one to survive the DLC, everyone else either dies or disappears, and in Dragon age 2, Hawke gets ambushed by Darkspawn and Dog jumps to the rescue, returning as a companion.

Thats a hell of a blanket statement ("the only reason guys bought Leliana's Song was they were hoping to see or have their love interest continued"). 

I'm a guy, and I didn't buy Leliana's Song because I wanted to continue my romance...I bought it because I love Dragon Age and wanted to see an expansion of the world and story.  Also, if anyone payed attention to the trailers, forum discussion, and developer interviews concerning Leliana's Song, it was pretty obvious (and outright and specifically stated by Bioware) that it was a prequel to Origins, hence, there would be no "continuation" of the romance in Origins, since in the time Leliana's Song takes place, she hasn't even met your Warden yet.


And considering Leliana was romanceable by a female Warden anyway, your point is kind of moot (at least insofar as using Leliana's Song as evidence to prove said point).




That said, I have played female Wardens and romanced both Alistair and Zevran, so I would also love to see DLC focusing on them, but with this being the last DLC apparently that won't be happening.

Yeah I knew that, actually I started watching Stargate SG-1 until she was in it, didn't saw and cared much of the previous episodes, I've mentioned those because those are the more recent ones. I liked the trailer too, though I don't think it will come to the point of killing Morrigan at least I hope not. Now is a matter to wait for this tuesday to find out what's the deal with the mirror and how good or bad it will be to fall into temptation in the forbidden as she said in the trailer.

Then keep hoping. Morrigan is one of those characters confirmed by Gaider to have a "significant impact on the world" your Warden and Hawke are two others on that list. Killing Morrigan will be like killing Vader in The Force Unleashed, the devs will laugh at your face and the community will facepalm that anybody actually went that route. Sorta like what happens for those who did the Ultimate Sacrifice:bandit:

You want a sex scene? :/ That kinda wastes developers time and effort, really. Not important to the plot, so I don't care about it. Besides, it's been "nearly a year since the Blight ended", so I can assume Morrigan is NOT preggers anymore. I don't know nothing 'bout birthin' no demon-babies, but I'm pretty sure that nine months is how long it takes for a baby to go from single cell zygote to being pushed out. What I'm hoping to see is the result of the unholy union with her.

err, you can clearly make different decisions in dragon age games and then one of them is taken as canon like with star wars games, so they can put in radically differing endings. the devs will laugh at my face? what kind of reasoning did you put behind that? the ending after you kill DV in the force unleashed is stupid - first you get to almost kill the emperor if you're a good self-sacrificing boy but if you kill darth vader first (the second or third strongest force user in the galaxy) and then you suddenly lose the ability and get owned square by the emperor.

you mean you're a morrigan fanboy and don't like the thought of anyone wanting to kill her. that's ok, just let me murder her and you can have your happily ever after.
