Whenever I load up a game, the camera spins rightwards continuously. Also, when I switch to the map screen, the cursor moves constantly to the right. This doesn't happen in any other game screen, and it doesn't matter which saved game I load up, same thing happens.

Did you check video options or the control options of the game?

Thats a known and most annoying bug, try reloading a previous save.
