I hate JRPG's, so no. But there is no way they would let such an out of character line slip past. That sounds nothing like Liara does. I have seen videos of Lightning and Liara sounds nothing like her, beside the inevitable undertone. They definitely have a different voice.

Hooooookay there, I was gonna play Witch Hunt first, but screw that. Witch Hunt doesn't have flying cars. And by the way, the lady who says that the SB is more dangerous than anything Shepard's ever faced obviously doesn't know much about Shepard.

That was my point. Unless the Shadow Broker is an ancient Space Cthulhu with an army of insectoid commandos at the center of the galaxy, then Shepard's handled worse.
