Personally, I think Bioware should relocate to Ottawa and start releasing DLC based on Ottawa time

Don't forget they got to upload it to their servers first, then it has to distribute to the mirrors, after which they are gonna place the link... which is approximately 1 minute before the servers will break down.



God, I wish they had a mixed Server-p2p distribution system... that'd be sweet. Use your connection to the server to get all the bandwith it can give and get the rest via p2p from those who have started earlier or receive better speeds from the servers.

LOTSB is a huge file 1.52 GB  That's just slightly smaller the Dragon Age Awakening 1.88 GB
