I just finished it. It's absolutely incredible, and quite challenging in parts.

But they key question here... DID ANYONE ELSE TALK! Was Tali and garrus even acknowledged!?

They are acknowledged, and at least one will get at least one bit of dialogue, as well as a small bit of dialogue by another character about whoever you choose to take with you. I don't know whether a Tali and Garrus combo is specifically acknowledged, as on the character I used for the playthrough Tali was KIA (along with most of the crew)

10AM.  Mountain Time.

That means you can start b*tching in about a half hour from now.

I think PC customers have every right to start ****ing nearly 6 hours ago when it was made available to Xbox users and not PC users.  This really is pathetic customer service from Bioware.  However I am slowly getting the message that Bioware obviously do not give a **** about their customer base on the PC, if they did they would have sorted out a mechanism so PC users could access this DLC around the same time as xbox users (and don't give me bull that it can't be done).

Bioware has had enough of your disingenuous assertions.

Oh give it a rest. Bioware is personally launching the PC release, XBox releases use a different method and need to hand it in to Microsoft before hand. I'm a PC user and I can easily wait another 20+ minutes. Go outside or something until then.

It's not like you didn't know it would be released at 10 MT, this  topic has been up a day: http://social.biowar...index/4696334/1

The DLC was released on the 360 by Microsoft. BioWare have no control over when they release it. BioWare can only release the PC DLC themselves and that happens when they get in to work in ohhh.. 20 mins.

How long it takes? 60-90 mins? 10$ for the same old timing will not be good for Bio's karma.

I took a bit over three hours to get to the "mission complete" screen. All I can say without spoilerising™ is that 'that's not all'.

Attention:
The upload is taking longer than we expect. The new current ETA for Lair of the Shadowbroker is 11am MST. So approximately 80 minutes. If this changes, I will let you know.

Ah here come the "apologists" yes I know Bioware has no control over when the DLC is released by Microsoft but they DO have control over when they release it for the PC.  It can't be that hard in this day and age to create a mechanism whereby the PC DLC is released at the same time as the Xbox DLC.

I leave my PC unattended for weeks on end and schedule it to do tasks without any input from me whatsoever. Now seriously if I can do that on a crappy £500 computer with a crappy freeware program I am pretty sure Bioware can come up with something professional to ensure the content is released automatically at a certain date and time.

And you'd think Canadians would get it at the same time as well given that both countries share the same time zones.  <_<

They need people there in case of any troubles with the servers. If they said it would be available at 12am and went home while the system went down could you imagine the trouble then?

Can't expect people to be working to 2-3am in the morning so we all get it when we want. At the end of the day the time was set for 10am Mountain time. That's when they are at work and ready to deal with any problems and one now seems to have occurred if it's been put back to 11am.

How, exactly, does one go about downloading something before it's released?
By nature, that's impossible.
