So you DO expect BioWare staff to be at work at 2-3am just so you can get the DLC at a time of your liking. Failing BioWare opening a UK studio I highly doubt you will ever get your demand met.
No I expect Bioware to do something about the gross time difference between the release of the xbox and PC versions. Now if you are saying they have no control over when the xbox version gets released then obviously there is still something they can do to ensure the PC version is released closer to the Xbox version.
I have no doubt my demand won't be met, I have seen how Bioware caters for it's customers. I think I have seen every excuse under the sun from Bioware like "oh it was designed that way", "oh it isn't technically feasible". Yes it seems the easy answer for Bioware is to just make excuses these days.

Attention:
The upload is taking longer
than we expect. The new current ETA for Lair of the Shadowbroker is
11am MST. So approximately 80 minutes. If this changes, I will let you
know.

You didn't buy it yet, technically you only bought points.
But well, I'd be glad too to see the DLC. If it takes time, it takes time, these kind of things happen, there's no need to turn out to be a demanding child.

The only way BioWare can possibly meet your expectation is either a) Open a UK or European Studio. There is a Galway Ireland one opening that is GMT but I believe thats only for TOR.charmingcharlie wrote...

None of these things are likely to happen.

no someone posted a link to buy the dlc. Bioware has even sent an email conformation for your purchase. I already had the point and they were deducted so i didn't buy any.

None of these things are likely to happen.
Well untill something is done about the issue I will continue to complain about it. I am a customer and I am not happy with the level of service Bioware are providing. You can make as many excuses as you like for Bioware I don't care it is unacceptable that there is such a massive delay between the PC and Xbox versions of the DLC.
As I have said if the roles were reversed and the PC was getting it before the xbox then you can damn well bet MS would demand Bioware "address" the issue and you can bet your life Bioware would address the issue too. It is pretty obvious Bioware don't place too much importance on the PC customer base since they appear to be unwilling to address this situation.

Actually there was a link provided to purchase the DLC. I spent points on it, but can't download it yet.

I have the perfect solution for you. BioWare adopts Games for Windows Live. Then the DLC will be available to everybody at the same time. Happy? I can tell you most would not be.charmingcharlie wrote...
