This is just great........

Extra hours to wait, and then the DLC doesn't support 64-bits OS!? Where are those testing staffs? I can't believe BW let this happen for real.....

AGAIN: The error message is misleading. It's not about 32 or 64 bit systems. The file is corrupted and won't install on any system.

I think, that people are just lazy to read a few posts back, so we have to repeat the same information over and over again...

Given that the bloody thing is corrupt, why the hell haven't they pulled it?

I just wasted all that time/bandwidth/money downloading 800 points of vacuum!

Your 800 points are not lost. Just wait until they upload the corrected file. They didn't do that on purpose, they're probably just as surprised as we all.

I'm pretty sure that the original file was fine, somewhere in the transfer all bytes became zeros somehow. Strange, but not unheard of.

I agree there is no reason to despair. They had to have some
serious issues if one DLC has been corrupted and the other one is not even
there. Let just take a deep breath and wait for BW explanation.

Yes but why leave it on the stall for me to get my grubby hands on?

As soon as they saw there was a problem it should have been pulled.

Anyway, my anti-depressants are kicking in now so I shall just sayyyyyyyyyy

Truthfully you wasted your time on bunch of zeros, check in HEX editor.

We could try holding our breath, might make it into the guiness book of world records.

Largest online Mass passing out of people waiting on bioware's mass effect 2 DLC.

Would certainly pass the time.

Hi everyone,

It's out now on the bioware store. Sorry for the short delay.

And appears to not work for PC users of the x64 bit OS variety.

I don't understand why they don't take it down if it doesn't work. I understand stuff happens, but that's just irresponsible.

Wel, I'm on Win XP SP 3 and it doesn't work either.  Seems that it doesn't work for PC period.  Bad file, full of zeros.
