It's both. TIM sends you stuff after SM even if you told him to shut up so it's really not that strange that he'd give you the info after SM. I mean, from a storyline point of view it doesn't make sense but that didn't stop him from giving me the Overlord info in my post-SM paragon save. :/

If this was post ending then I think it would have been mentioned in the trailer.

I am pretty sure we will be able to play it post-SM and most likely pre-SM too.

I want to know when it should be played, not when it can be played. You can recruit Kasumi after SM after all. Got help for her quest and got payed a lot after job was done.

Might Liara die in this mission? There seem to be a couple of hints.

It looks like that blue line thing is one of those Police lines that say "do not cross".

My guess that it's just a random police officer? or a worker for that Spectre asari?
