I also don't know which save file I am going to use for this DLC so I should probably figure that out too. I expect the DLC to be out for the 360 in a few more hours.

well the 360 gamers are going to be gone in about 2 to 4 hours leaving the PC gamers to lament on here and by the time the PC gamers have to leave the 360 gamers are going to be back to say how great it was or to shout in anger because this DLC didn't have a pony or something....so it all works out.

so 360 will get it at 3 or 5 or 6 a.m. eastern

somewhere in that time perisod yes....it's rare for them to release later than 4 am PST.....usually between 2:30 and 3:30 am PST.

Meh I usually let him keep it but I keep the Cerberus Data from that one side quest which I'm sure will come in handy as leverage on Cerberus if they missbehave in ME3.

how would he know shepards mental thoughts and actions though did he implant his brain during the project
