Cerberus also gave him a state of the art warship and an AI chock full of juicy cerberus. That doesn't all just magically vanish in a puff of smoke after the paragon decision, who's to say he's not just referring to something EDI was able to dig up out of her database?

From what I've seen from the video at the ending it may end like this: save liara or let the SB escape
Or i could be totally wrong guess we will find out soon enough

Exactly. And besides, even after the SM, TIM seemed to have no problems giving Shepard new weapons, armor and sending him(her) to investigate Overlord etc.

Because taking choice away from the player is an unforgivable offense. I should have been able to execute Miranda and Jacob on the station. Even if I end up having to work for cerberus there should be exposition getting to that point, not just railroading me in to doing it.

Considering SB status, I wonder if the Specter was sent to protect him/her. Also if ME1 actual story was also clasified to other Specters. SB is not that scary after the things Shepard has faced.

It would be downright hilarious if the Shadow Broker turned out to be the Council. I can just picture it...

*Liara and Shep have breached the SB's inner sanctum, they remove the shielding, and there, sat behind the desk....
'Ah yes, Shepard, the human spectre who recovered from a mild case of death - we have dismissed that theory' <cut off by shepard firing every single round into the Turian Councillors head and then firing Cain shots just for good measure and then throwing Liara at him when he's out of ammo>

Yep it is.  Many of us are thinking that's Tela Vasir, the only Spectre other than Nihlus, Saren or Shepard to be mentioned.
