No, the freckles are not new. They were present in her ME1 model. Obviously the texture res was lower so they might have been harder to see, but they were there.

So you could not see them but they were there. I cannot debate your imagination.

eh she did have freckles you can see them in the ME1 screenshots a few posts above yours the new textures just makes them more pronounced

Looks like dark circles under the eyes in the bottom pic to me. The top one there are freckles on the upper cheek bone.

I wonder whether they took the opportunity to record voice acting for future DLC initiation, or whether ShadowLiara-dipensed missions will be all through texting, like with TIM.

okay maybe they made the blue of her eyes slightly more intense, but nothing more. This could also be because of the lightning

yea look at the graphics of me1 and me2 and tell me how its not diffrent... personaly i wished bioware and ea would repolish me1 with me2's graphics because me1 may only be 3 years old and great but you do see a major diffrence

Putting aside certain other issues that brings up considering she is one hundred and eight and asari can join merc bands and strip in bars well before that it shouldn't be a point worth arguing, consider teenagers.

Impetuous yes, headstrong yes, rebellious oh yes and they seem to grow and change every time they leve the room. While this may not be analogous with Asari at all it is worth thinking on for how liara may have changed.



Besides which take away the make up I dont think she has changed that much.

I was eluding more to how they physically age, while pointing out the life experience they have.

The first time I saw her in the ME2 I thought something had changed and decided her eyes were slightly bigger. If the video is not from actual gameplay that may explain the difference. Look at Morrigan and Leliana in the DAO videos, they are way different than the game.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately that... idiot who wrote the article mentioned "Please be advised that this story may contain minor spoilers." but he friggin described in detail the half-hour he played.

ign.com has an article up and the title they put up im scetchy on and i wish bioware could confirm if its true or not.

all i have to say is samara is 1000 years old and is a MILF!. now do the asari show aging? who knows and honestly if they look sexy who cares

There is an asari on Illium who just moved out from her parents place at 60 years old. I suspect that's like 18+ for an asari. Liara is probably more like early 20s - party girl stage. I think she is considered young for archeology because everyone expects her to be out stripping or shooting people like a good asari "maiden".

The gamespot article about this DLC makes the following two points:

"will also introduce content that will actually start bridging the gap between Mass Effect 2 and the next game in the series."

"Lair of the Shadow Broker takes place during the main Mass Effect 2 game"


How do these two points work together? surely if it takes place during the standard game how does it bridge any gap between ME2 and ME3.
