Just wanted to make a thread about some of the recent movies that some of you may have seen and actually liked, I have seen a lot of movies recently but unfortunately I cannot say that I liked most of them, the most recent ones I watched and enjoyed were "Nine" with Daniel Day Louis and "The Crazies".

Did you like "the expendables"? I saw a couple of posters here speaking about. I like action movies and I also like Sly, but the expendables really disapointed me. It goes sooo slowly and then everything happens so quickly and the end. I don't know... I was expecting something better.

OP what kind of movies do you like? Haven't watched it recently, but "the Fountain" is still my all time favourite.

Zardoz? Wow, that movie is incredibly.......................................wierd? Is that the one with Sean? Sunshine coulda been so much better.
I think Kick-Ass is the most recent new movie I've seen, which was damn good.
The new Crazies really wasn't bad, but didn't seem fully fleshed out. Good acting definately helped that movie.
