In order to get Dungeon Siege 2, launch the game once and then exit. Open My Documents/My Games/Dungeon Siege 2/DungeonSiege.ini and manually edit the values for height and width.

I set my game at 1440x900 as with 1680x1050, I found it difficult to read the lettering.

I think pretty much all of us are left overs. I'm okay with that.

I didn't like that Alistair was so.... new. I liked everything else about him, but when that was mentioned I was all "well that's just sad....."

Somehow you've changed your language setting for the BSN.  "Buccaneer" is one of the choices!

Log-off and log-on again,  If that doesn't force you to re-select a language, flush your cache/cookies (even though "flushing cookies" is usually the LAST advice I'd ever give anyone.  )

[Edit:  Or see below for a faster way to re-set.  ]

Very, very, very much this.

I agree, this would be nice. Mature, confident NPCs are always a bonus when it comes to romantic roleplay. This is one reason Leliana was a nice suprise to me in DA:O. I was turned off by her character on first impression due to the religious zealotry but she seemed sure of what she wanted and was a deeper character than she led on to believe.

Pain in the arse difficult. This definition goes for both man or a female LI actually. My kind of romance is one that takes ages to catch fire. Insulting and difficult person who goes through character development. Totally maniac kind of way. Edwin-Kivan-Viconia mix from BG meets end of Zevran romance. Sarcastically funny. No burping as a definition of funny. Not a ninja-lover.
Romance can come in the end but not these "I like the way you wear your hair" - type of comments and star gazing- my hair is covered with darkspawn blood and entrails - its not a hairwax! Goddamn. Leliana was not my thing at all.
