@Ciryx;   Awesome work, but... Ouch!  My  arms hurt thinking about what she had to go through to get those!

Is this Hawke eating well? I mean, she looks rather... thin.

Whatevs, I think she is smexy and looks like she could kill someone just for getting her name wrong. [I find that a charming attribute in a fantasy character].

Please, don't take it as criticism. The drawing is well done and she does look badass. Her eyes are fine in my opinion. It's only that she looks a little thin for my taste. But otherwise it's good.

Nu, its fine. Ur points are valid, she is way to thin. I oriented myself a bit on the Bioware art, and there the figures were a bit cartoonish too. (Large Breast, slim wastes, standing on invisible heels... stuff like that.)
Sill, u are right about it.

I concluded it from the spam of images and suggestions of recycled characters from DA:O.

I honestly don't wish to be a troll, but the romances will not be tasteful nor dignified if they only go by "hotness" and "great personality".

The dwarves are no longer the point in this, but by including dwarves as a romance option, they would send a clear message that their romances aren't only about eye-candy or fulfilling someone's fantasies. It would be a tale about love in another world, where people do feel no particular social stigma to feel attracted to dwarves, for example. The cheap hotness wouldn't be the center of it.

A good romance has a good storyline, doesn't center on the fact that the LI is hot and bothered, has a dramatic build up. The F/F romance is especially vulnerable to becoming typical, as since the majority of the playerbase is male, it could end up to be mainly catered to the male players who find it attractive in general.

You find drawves sexy dont you

Who doesn't?

Though I think that the dwarves-romance being a statement since it looks like the new dwarven females look more like short humans, like they're more akin to D&D halflings than dwarves now.

Mubar, thank you for contributing to the discussion. Your deep and thoughtful questions made me wonder about life and existence in general.

Right, where was this thread left off at? Dwarves are okay, humans are okay, elves are okay. Rather not have rogues as bisexual romances in DA2. class can dictate a character's personality quite a bit.

@Mubar lolwut

Please read the rest of the thread. This will make you see why your statements are out of context [and kind of weird. Whats with the "You like dwarves don't you?"? Its sounds like a bad opening line of a Thedas-inspired pron film].

On-topic: I was just wondering, how people would react if the (fem)PC decided to marry a female LI? Most probably not under Chantry law (I dunno, does Andraste hate gays? Are there other same-sex marriages in Thedas?) Not that I think it will come up in DA2 mind you, but since most threads are discussing things like children etc, it doesn't seem too far-fetched to wonder about a same-sex committed relationship and how it would play out.
