I'm a big fan of the Silk Fox romance. I like Leliana a great deal also, and certainly it was an interesting change of pace to have a character that was basicly a lesbian to begin with as your LI, but I still think I prefer it more like Silk Fox, someone who has never really been interested in women until she met your female character, who swept her off her feet. Of course there's always room for both types . Also, I agree that a female warrior LI would be a nice change of pace. Maybe that girl I've read about in other threads, who apparently is a warrior who has a dude she's involved with at the beginning, maybe the dude can die or go away or something and Lady Hawke can help her get over it . Or maybe the dude can stay around and provide some kind of competition to Lady Hawke, which of course she can overcome. Oh the possibilities .

(Being seriuos this time, so psitive feedback) I liked bi Leliana for both my males and females. I feel as a character that she wasn't attracted to either gender differently but believed in love between 2 people, as she tells through her stories.  It was cool that she had a history with males and female or females. idk. Reason I think this is because on my recent playthrough when I married Anora kept Leliana as my mistress, she said some heart wenching things. So I think a bi option like Leliana in DA2 will make everyone happy, like in DAO. lol

Unseriousness:  I want a bald headed girl with big boobs and terrible eyesight for f/f romance.

I'd like a character with an attitude similar to Felsi, not necessarily a dwarf. Failing that a talking female Main Battle Tank as Companion/LI/Transport, would probably work nicely as a melee tank too.

Anyway I would like to see something similar  to what the op stated.  Someone who's shy when it comes to romantic involvement would be interesting.  But the last thing I want is a female Alistair, all whiney and lacking self confidence, relying on the MC for everything. 
I want to be able to experience a sort of mutual experimentation/questioning kind of thing "I haven't done this with a girl before."

I mean, an elf, dwarf, and qunari just seem, well, so much more interesting than the generic fantasy humans of DA. An elf would be interesting. A spunky dwarf like Sigrun would be even better. A qunari would be best of all, simply because we haven't had much experience with their culture, especially from a feminine perspective.



I think all the BioWare romances could stand with a little more aggression. All the partners seem so...passive. Passive aggressive sometimes, but still.



Lastly, I'd kinda like a female romance option to be a purely female option, instead of a single character spliced to like man or woman. This, of course, goes with the m/m option.



As an after thought, I wouldn't be surprised if we find out the Qunari do the multiple wife thing, and if there's Qunari love interesting, they'll pull a JE--she's willing to share if her partner is male, but demands exclusivity if female.

The most people can hope for is 1 bi of each gender I think, doing exclusive ****** romances is probably too much work for a relativley small audience.  And even that is generous compared to most other games.
