I always play as a Rogue Archer, so having another Rogue in my party with dual weilding daggers is almost a must. Besides they are so fun to play with.
Rogues FTW!
My last run was three rogues and a mage. Who needs warriors when you can do it from behind!

I like my character to be a smooth talker with a quick tongue and dextrous, nimble fingers...

It's uncanny how similar our characters seem to be...
I always max out the persuasion proficiency skills first, misself. Makes it easier to smooth talk the ladies.

That the thing about warriors... they might not have a quick tongue, but in the heat of the battle their load groans, stamina, and strong wrists take down the best of them ...

But a rogue will take their time, find the most effective spot and find it with accuracy and skill doing away with clumsy jabs to finish their playmate off with style and precision.

Well, my warrior will just have to find a friendly rogue woman to teach her the right way to do battle.

But more than that... a rogue is a master of disarming traps and opening locks. They have an uncanny ability to detect and find the sweet spot and trigger it, opening the box and granting all manner of delights... as well as a supreme sense of satisfaction!

I have ENORMOUS confidence in Sheryl's taking good care of Isabela (and us!)
See her post today in the "Varric Chesthair" thread, reproduced here:And while I agree that the f/f Rogue is a bit too "easy", I don't mind that if it's her!Sheryl Chee wrote...

Holy crap and a half! That Isabela thread?
I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how many people are excited to have her. And Varric likes her, so it's all okay.
(Besides, she could still be a Warrior-like Rogue, couldn't she?)
Thanks for passing that on, hon!
I am excited to have her... I'm even more excited for her to have me!
By the way... if anyone is interested we have an Isabela support group going. You can find us here.
"If you want?" she is already in da2
