It's my biggest pet peeve. I HATE  the idea.

Regarding the bisexuality of characters, as disappointed as I was that Morrigan wasn't BI, I loved her friendship a lot more than her romance. Also, sometimes it makes sense for a character to not be bisexual. Just as it makes sense for others to be.
The main problem obviously is that since there are usually only three to four romance options in Bioware games, the lack of more bisexual LIs can limit the options of some players. For instance, while I adore Leliana, a player who didn't like her was out of options as far as a f/f romance was concerned.
Ideally we would have at least more than one bi option, just as straight players usually have more than one option to choose from. We can hope that's the case in DA2, but as it is I'll be happy if we at least have one s/s option.

I would also like them to make it harder to get someone interested in you. I would like to work for it a little more, romance them, not have it be so easy. Well that just my opinion.

BioWare says gifts have been reduced.  Yeah, pretty ridiculous how easy it was to romance Morrigan by spamming gifts.

Wait a sec. Leliana is bi. She totally has signals all over her dialogue & dlc.
I did totally think I could romance Morrigan as a female, but it bothered me because you couldn't.
