So true, especially the part about people lamenting over Bastila and Morrigan being straight.

I think it's pretty much a given that Isabela will a bisexual romance, based on what we saw of her in Origins. Anything else and you risk retconning her.

What I'm wondering is how will a romance with Isabela develope? Will it start as a casual fling (kind of how Morrigan or Zevran romance did) and then develope into a commited relationship? Will she have issues with falling in love or will the whole concept come easy to her?

I don't remember where I heard it... but don't you have a choice of directions with the romances in DA2?

Isabela seems like the obvious choice since we already know she's quite fond of both genders from DA:O. Aveline was married to a guy so that may limit things, she'd also make quite butch lesbian.

Mmm, not sure to be honest. I do remember, however, something was said about competitive romance/behavior. Whatever the Devs meant by it.

I'm behind anything which gives the romances a different tone or flavour. They're much too... pedestrian and goody-goody.

Talk about impractical, more like impossible.  My old softball buddy and I would always paint our nails before a game only for them to get ruined the next day.  Weird habit we had...

I think you mean she'd make quite a butch bisexual. Is that what you were trying to say?

I wouldn't exactly count on it.  Using Mass Effect as an example, the Asari are a literal race of blue-skinned bisexuals mono-gendered space babes.  When ME2 rolls around, the majority that you hear about or interact with are, in fact, in a relationship with males of various species.  The only female asari that I can recall that participated in a relationship with a female did it as way to show how evil she was.
