Hi Everyone,

I wanted to send an update on what is going with XPO Canada tracking numbers. The numbers that are sent out with your shipping confirmation email are reference numbers. They take 2-3 days before they are active. One the Canada Post website you can track with both reference and tracking. Choose the reference number option and you'll be able to track your package.

Additionally we are working on delerivery time which has been slower over the last two months then they committed to.

Thanks,
Jed

thanks for the update. Glad to see you're working on it. It's pretty weird when someone in Germany or Australia gets it before us Canadians do.

P.S. To everyone, I believe the tracking only goes live once it hits Canada hence the 2-3 delay.

Good too hear Jedi! Waiting 1.5-2 weeks for my lithos is torture! Though in my experience from buying hundreds of items off Ebay, 2 weeks is about the average wait time. If it can go any faster with XPO that would definately be great.

Ive been tracking a package I bought recently from the USA and heres a breakdown. It was shipped on the 15th then entered Canada customs on the 20th. It left customs today the 29th. Canada customs held it for 9 days, 7 business days. You wonder why shipping is so slow, blame customs their pathetic. Whatever their doing over there for whatever reason is why things are so slow.

was this a bioware order? If it's just a US delivery in general then I have had different experiences. From my experience a package from the US spent an average of only 1-2 days in customs, sometimes it was even less than a day.
