I hate it


It's Not so much the Skin or the face, But the outfitt looks simply crude to me. I much Preferred The darkspawn Armor from Origins, This just looks terrible in comparision IMO
Thoughts on new darkspawn look? anyone agree with me here?

Yea, i dislike the direction they are taking darkspawn. It was better imo to have them become something almost entirely different than humans rather than just more undead-like.

I like how they look now as far as the faces go and skin but as far as the outfits, I don't find that to fit the DAO and the books style where they stated that the Darkspawn would make weapons and gear out of whatever they can find. Apparently they found a clothes factory full of the same gear in the Deep roads.

yeah,i dislike it too,it seems too cheap and boring,much better in DAO.Only a little improvement needed,not a total remake.

I don't mind their look so much as their strange armor.

I don't mind it too much, I'm sure there's a reason. But they're nowhere near as fearsome. Even my 8 year old brother was like "those are darkspawn? they're not scary..." P:

Think thats the point they are supposed to look similar to species they once were.

The look would be a lot better without the cowl. Someone posted a modified version without the cowl in an earlier thread and it was awesome.

Anyone else remember the three cowled guards who harrassed Neeshka outside of Fort Locke in NwN2? My god they were ugly, the cowl makes everything uglier.
