1. I have not played in 3 months. When I logged on, I have a big red ! on download progress tab. I down loaded the new patch. It also lists down loads I already have purchased. I thought it needed to be updated so I tried to down load again. Everything is red color and says failed installed.

2. Is this why I cannot download Golems of Amgarrak?
