Ok so I noticed there are a couple of old threads on this subject already but, so far, no solutions. Hopefully someone will have some new light to share on this problem as, right now, I am a hella frustrated gamer.  I have tried Zaeed's loyalty mission multiple times with three different characters(two different gamertags), have tried both the paragon and renegade paths, and I get a "Error: unreadable disc" message and the game shuts down about the same place EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I restarted the console, I've cleaned the discs several times(even though they're already in perfect condition, squeaky clean, and haven't had any problems 26 hours in), hell I've deleted the Zaeed DLC altogether and downloaded it again. TO NO AVAIL!  The douche bag on EA live chat wasn't the least bit helpful either... please, does anybody have any ideas? ****, it doesn't even have to be a good one, just ideas in general are welcome at this point.  Or am i just screwed? Any insight would be much appreciated

The only thing i can think of is clearing your xbox cache. there maybe a prob with one of the patches. also delete zaeed and redownload after you've installed the patch again. you might want to look in your memory for any failed downloads which it might be picking up. if anything on your harddrive has an "!" for the symbol delete it. all i can think of anyway.
