There is a planet in the Krongan DMZ cluster i think its called Ralioth and the descriptions says it was a ice planet that may have been destroyed by a krogan super weapon at the end of the Krogan rebellions, and that the Turians are keeping this race of Krogan super biotics under quarintine on the planet or something. thoughts?

The planet in question is called Rothla.

I am of the opinion that interesting little tidbits like these are probably nothing more than that- just interesting little tidbits.  It is more likely that the mysteries that are heavily explored in the series (Haestrom's sun, the Klendagon Weapon) will play a greater role in ME3 than these bits of trivia.

Rothla:

Once Rothla was a large ice dwarf with the statistics listed below. In the waning years of the Krogan Rebellions  it was shattered into field of debris by what is assumed to have been the test of an exotic weapons system. In the wake of "the event," the planetoid was reduced to a relatively contained field of thousand of tiny moonlets rotating around one another, colliding and ricocheting.

The method used to destroy the planetoid has never been deduced. The krogan clan who performed the experiment apparently all died in the event. Ships that have traveled to the edge of the event's light cone observed a moment of extreme gravitational lensing around Rothla immediately before its break up, but no other clues.

A popular extranet meme put forward by the asari author Delsae Orthysa insists that the turians are covering up the existence of a krogan "super biotic" breed that was genetically engineered within Rothla. The CDEM enforces quarantine around the Rothla Field, citing cases of amateur investigators whose ships came to grief in the debris field.

So, conspiracy theory until we get some actual evidence.

This is quite interesting actually, what if in the third game we go around and find these types of planets, in order to research planet destroying technologies, to take on the reapers? Maybe there are several weapons like the klendagon scattered all over the galaxy.

And also wow, 37 million years ago?

Doesn't the description also say that is just a conspiracy theory or something?

Rothla isn't mentioned in this list, but I like this compendium of noteworthy planets. Sorts out the ones that are probably the best candidates for playing a part in the game in the future.

What does an experimental krogan-developed planet destroyer have to do with krogan super biotics? Seems weird that they'd jump from one to the other.

Think ridiculously powerful Warp attack, since what those do is create rapidly shifting ME fields that can tear things to pieces.  Still insane, but there is a, um, warped logic to it.
