Can anyone explain to me why ME2 doesn't enter the Pause menu when the controller disconnects? I can't think of a single other shooter that doesn't have such basic functionality - if this is a bug PLEASE could you release a patch that fixes it???? I can't see how it could be a 'feature' - in what way is it an improvement for the gamer to watch their character get killed because their controller battery has just run out??

I have the exact same issue with this, but my memory tells me that when I first got the game, it did pause when the controller gave out, just like every other game does. My memory could be faulty, but if it's not, it might be a bug that was introduced during a patch? Anyway, I'd appreciate a fix as well.
