Shepard must have gotten LASIK as one of his "upgrades" in Project Lazarus.  Previously his nearsightedness accounted for all that texture pop-in.

It pretty much jumped out at me immediately when I watched the video that her face seems to have been redone. I really don't think it's just the lighting. And yeah, it looks much better now.

Maybe she is using different cosmetics? A change in lip color at least isn't all that unusual.

I think it just comes down to the fact Liara is maturing a bit. Although given she's 100+, I don't think 2 years would make all that much of a difference. Maybe it just comes down to the fact that she "melded" for the first time and he biology reacted as a result.

It must be a make-up change, possibly to throw TSB off her by slightly altering her appearance. She appears the same at the start of the DLC when you first talk to her about it and she doesn't change appearance until you find her shortly afterwards. It can't really be age when she literally changes in less than a day. She's basically put on blue lipstick, slightly different eyeshadow and put in brighter blue contacts from the look of it.

If that's just her war face for LOTSB than fine but I do hope BW restores her facial coloring in the future.

 No. I prefer her LotSB look over the older ones. Coming from someone who romanced her every playthrough except for one when I screwed up, she looks better. No offense not trying to act like I have more of an opinion, it's just she looks hotter, older....... sexier. X). I just think this is how to portray Liara's looks.

The form of her face is the same, I don't have problem with this.

The skin became a little "reptilian" like talked before, but this is only noted in close look screens.

What I can't forgive is her eyes, they changed the color!
Common, Kaidan and Ashley didn't changed the iris as well the first version of Liara in ME2.

Now she has a dark blue color eyes, when first they were a more clear shade of blue.
And this is not because lighting.

Maybe this is what causing the confusion.

I understand Shepard getting a boob job, after all the standards in the reconstruction were from Miranda, but what about the rest?

Too bad they didn't replace her head with the updated one after the installation of LOTSB. I found it a bit jarring when she suddenly became hi-res after visiting her apartment...

her ME2 pre-DLC look had different coloured eyes from her ME1incarnation as well considering they where light blue in ME1

and TBH I think the LTSB Liaralooks a metric ton better than her ME1 and pre DLC ME2 incarnations

this guy's avatar is a better picture to look at than Liara in the SB's base. The lighting there was crazy.

She looks fantastic btw.
