I have downloaded and compled the wardens keep however it has now vanished from the map and all of the items I obtained from the quest are also gone. Im not sure if this is a known issue or if there are other posts (search doesnt seem to work). Has anyone else experienced this and is there anything I can try to get it back? It still says its installed and I do play while logged into my account. All of the other DLC is working fine and I still have all of the other digital delux content, stone prisioner blood dragon armor etc.

Shale works fine I can talk to him and use him in my party.

Same here. I'd only had a look at soldiers peak and left again. Next day, 'twas gone.

Same here, but I haven't finished it yet. This is really annoying... Shale works fine, but I can't see Warden's Keep location on the map, although I do have the quest. I tried almost everything, I can't see what to do. Any help would be much appreciated...

At least some of you have actually seen the Keep. I'm still in the "Blank Quest in the menu with no marks in the map" part.

I can talk to Levi.... and he tells me he'll mark the map.... and doesn't. And stays with a big damn ! over his head... and has the same dialog ending with him telling me he'll mark the map... seems like the quest isn't starting either

Posté 12 novembre 2009 - 07:22
No toolset, and it dissappeard before I patched. (and patching didn't bring it back)

try disabling the content, force loading the save and then saving. Quit and re-enable content and then load the new save.

Yeah yeah, did all the things that were posted all over - except starting a new game, too much time invested.. Nothing works so far.

did you delete the content and try redownloading it?
for those with the blank... I believe if you've spoken to Levi the trigger doesn't appear until you try to travel away from the camp. I've also heard that people who saved the game, reloaded and talked to Levi again have had success getting it to start correctly

Not sure how that would work for those of us that (partially) completed the quests already, at best that would reset the DLC. This would work "fine" if all we had lost was the blood armor set or something. But those who have completed the keep lost all items found on the quest, bought in the stores and those they had stashed away in the chest. I'm hoping the items andd status of the quest are listed somewhere in the savegames so they'll reappear when bioware deploy a fix.
I'm more or less in the same boat as the above, all my Wardens Keep items are gone and I can't reach the keep (Meaning all the items stashed in the chest are likely gone as well).
Shale works, more or less, I thought he was fine as he chats with those in my party, but when I try to talk to him the game glitches (as in teleporting me away or breaking the area and acting as if I was about to activate him for the first time).

items should be saved in the saved game, regardless of whether the content is enabled or not

That didn't work, and deleting/redownloading the content neither worked. Thanks for having tried to help us, anyway.
If someone has another idea...

did you check the DLC FAQ? Yes, there are 30+ pages... but they've been over most all of it at least once

Of course I checked it, that's what I'm thinking at when I say I tried almost everything. Nothing seems to work. Even a complete reinstall of the game doesn't make it.
I'm going to start a new game from scratch and see if the DLC works there. But I would be seriously frustrated about losing a 30+ hours save...

Same problem here. I would hope, by now, with the number of people affected by this issue, the answer would be something better than "read the 30 page thread and hope for the best". I would hope, by now, given that we have PAID MONEY FOR THIS CONTENT, the answer would be "we're very sorry - here's how to fix it..."
