Vandicus,
Darkspawns are always a threat to dwarves. The Shorties told you themselves that while Darkspawns are only a threat on the surface during blights, they are always a threat to the dwraven kingdom.
As for training, train the nug with food scented like darkspawns, then starve the bugger for a week. Once they are released, they will seek out the nearest thing that smells like the food they are used to, and BOOM.

Bah, no scent business. Just feed them darkspawn meat.

I don't know if they'd eat that, but who knows what them little buggers normally eat...

Well, if BioWare got away with killing children in their games, I'm sure they'd work something out about animal rights as well.

To fight the Darkspawn? Am I missing something? I thought the Darkspawn weren't going to be a major world threat anymore in DA2, and it was possible in Awakenings to have the Darkspawn become peaceful. The nug bomb idea is pretty good though. The problem is it'll probably have a low dex rating and low hp, meaning a Darkspawn archer can just shoot it, meaning its lying on the ground with the bomb ticking down, possibly closer to you than the Darkspawn.

Everything has its drawbacks.
The dwarfs are crazy and desperate enough to try.

Nug bombs would also make awesome puzzle sequences. Their uses are endless.

Hmm...I don't think PETA will try to defend the rights of a fictional animal. But yeah, I'm sure that Nug Bombs only need to be greenlit.

Hmmm....I imagine controling a nug and speeding off to a destination before the bomb blows.

Maybe sending a nug to breach a wall. Or to take by surprise some enemies.
The possibilities are endless.

They can disguise the nugs carrying a message.

Or some flowers. Like the classic guy that appears with a flower bouquet in an elevator, disguising a shotgun.

"Did you ask for some flowers?"
"No, er...I didn't"
"So, why is that nug walking towards us with flowers on its back?"

You could change the topic's title, to something like "WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT, NUG BOMBS!" and open a poll, "Would you like to have Nug Bombs in DA2?".

We need more people.

Lets just rip-off gears of war more eh?

Its not like the game (gears) is bland and unoriginal enough, lets bring that bland unoriginality to other games as well! :D

Yea, they were. Didnt you hear about the SUPPPER secret easter egg?

Obviously I meant tickers, jeez you leave out one tiny detail...

And a small creature furiously charging at you strapped with explosives? Or a small bug type alien thing furiously charging at you with explosives?

Sorry same thing. :wizard:

We have suggested possible uses for the nug bombs, for quests, or mini-games.
Not the same.
And, even if the Nug Bombs were the same, tell me, which thing in Dragon Age is original? The Dragons? The elves? The dwarves? Wow!
Seriously dude. If you don't like the idea, no prob. But we'll continue to support it.
