It was just because some posts earlier seemed to refer to him as Bann Vaughn, and I don't recall a Vaughn outside of the Elf Origin.

A lordling with ideas above his station, quickly put in his place by a very hacked off elf.

But anyway, abt 4 hours till the start of PAX, haven't really been to the PAX threads to find out when DA 2 relevant stuff happens.. Australians tend to get the short end of the stick... We don't even have a release date...

I'm hoping that someone with a good ear for voices attends this thing, to give us some idea on VA's, I'm still taking the one David Gaider comment about the VA having been in Origins with a pinch of salt, very much because it's the type of misdirection and machiavellian behaviour I'd expect from a good writer.



If it is a voice actor from the first installment I'm still hoping for Bono, he played Bann Dade in Origins.

That said, I don't think we were told how big the arling of Denerim was.. But if that was the case, then surely the Cousland kids should have had titles of their own as well, such as Bann or Arl? Bann Fergus.

It's 12am Saturday in Australia, so no matter when the info(between now and wakey time tmr that is) comes out I'll be having breakfast reading about something... Hopefully...

-Femhawke? Ok... If they make her as smexy as Mr Hawke (the beard!) then we're in for a good looking game.

I'm pretty sure they only have the console versions at this event, they have the console demos anyway, unless plans have changed.

BioWare is going to be bringing Dragon Age 2 to PAX, the Penny Arcade Expo, in Seattle Washington September 3-5.

So at GamesCom, everything except for the Male Warrior was locked, so I suspect that at PAX, the Female Warrior will be availlable aswell. Maybe even some options in the character creation will be availlable aswell (showing new hair options perhaps?)

 I can't wait for some info. And I think I might wet myself is default Lady Hawke is a Rogue, I'd love some info on 'new rogue abilities' that they hinted at in the live chat.

I need to see PC gameplay footage. The last thread I'm hanging by is how the combat will play. The more KotOR / Jade Empire / ME it is, the less I want the game.

It all comes down to POV and combat at this point for me.

I'm pretty sure they've said that they're not showing the PC version at PAX, but the PS3 version for the first time along with the obligatory Xbox 360.

Which you are unlikely to get. The focus so far has been on the console versions so that's probably what they'll be demoing.

I think a dev also pointed out a while back that consoles are easier to transport and set up, making them more practical for showing demos at cons.
