I'm really hoping for a decent amount of gameplay footage and for voice actors to be announced. A couple companions being revealed would be cool as well, though I don't expect it yet.

It would be awesome if there were a couple different voice actors for Hawke. After playing Mass Effect with default Shepard I became unable to accept a custom Shepard who had the same voice as the default.

I will play DA2 at least once as each gender, many many times more if it is close to as good/enjoyable as DA:O. It's not so important to me to pick the voice for a male Hawke (no idea why that is honestly) as it is for a female Hawke. I like to generally play through as a soft feminine character, and as a tough as nails b****. FemShepard could not be soft and really feminine in my eyes dues to her harsh tough voice.

Multiple voice overs for Hawke is not likely to happen, I am aware, but it would be very cool. I do have total faith however than the voice actors for Hawke/FemHawke are going to be awesome. I was impressed with many of the voice actors in Origins, and felt that they really made the characters come to life.

Edit: screwy spacing fix.

I think a dev also pointed out a while back that consoles are easier to transport and set up, making them more practical for showing demos at cons.

That may be, but the PC version of DAO was shown at pretty much every convention.

I hope we might be able to see...

**SPOILER**

Alternatives to the whole "Carver dies" thing. I believe Bioware said that may only be one outcome
to the blightlands darkspawn encounter. All reviews of the demo at
gamescom stated that Carver died and they all played as male warriors. I have a theory
that the outcome may have something to do with what gender/class hawke is.

That the game's use of a fixed protagonist will mean actual characterization, not simply a cardboard block-head.

That every dialogue won't suddenly come with an IWIN persuade option.

No it doesn't.  Shepard is a fixed protagonist and in ME2 he's a cardboard block-head.

I probably won't be able to watch the stream.. so I kind of hope I won't miss anything important, haha.

They refused to show gameplay on the cams (so nothing changed since the Gamescom stream), but I still hope they would reveal at least some of it.

Other hopes? Revealing FemHawke, other characters maybe.

I don't want everything spoiled, of course, but I would like to know at least one or two of the companions, even if its a little bit more information about Bethany. For Dragon Age: Origins Bioware let the audience know their companions before it was released, hopefully they'll do the same for DA2 and give you an idea on your companions (and potential romance options) beforehand.

Also, possibily go in depth about each of the classes, just how the mage's spells are customizable, any new weapon skills for warriors and rogues (here's to still hoping for polearms and single weapon dueling).

Oh, and I'd like to see what Hawke sounds like, male or female don't really care. And of course the default Marian Hawke :)

The U-Stream is kinda lame so far. Like the GamersCom one. Still, glad to have it. I'm bored.

Though really, I don't see what this has to do with a gameplay video. They could just as easily record it earlier, bring a laptop and screen it.

But for now I'll just digest whatever's going on at PAX in the relevant threads...
