Awakening has a fairly serious bug with custom classes. When adding one new class, it works just like Origins, but when adding more than one, only the class in the 5th slot can be selected; screenshots available on request.
Custom classes and Awakening.

I assume these new classes are IDs 4 and 5?
Just to confirm, when you say 'can be selected', the class is available in the UI but grayed out?

class id 4 is greyed out and class id 5 is selectable; both are visible, though. I have not yet tried adding a 6th class to see if that does anything for the problem. Like I said though, class id 4 works fine by itself.

That's interesting. Have you double-checked your 2DAs?
I have 3 new classes in IDs 4,5 and 6 and all three are selectable in the UI (though I do have the standard classes disabled in chargen). Check here for a screenshot - http://timelorddc.bl...reamweaver.html
Edit: I had Awakening installed when I took that shot, btw.

That's the thing; it only happens when creating characters in Awakening. Origins itself does not have a problem with this.
