Firstly, I'm one of those fans who think that the current paragon/renegade system needs to be adjusted for me3.
There is ONE thing that ME had that absolutely blew me away. I will try to explain without any spoilers, but you basically have a major choice regarding two squad mates. Those who have played it obviously know what I'm talking about.
The amazing thing about this was that there was no right or wrong! You were able to make a game altering decision not based on whether you were a hero or a villain, but how you truly felt about both characters. It literally took me 15 minutes to make a choice and I honestly regret what i did. It made me angry, sad, nervous etc.... it was awesome!
In Me2 it felt like your decisions were made for you, and I know that most of you are aware of this.
For me3 to be unique to every individual, Bioware needs to implement more scenarios where there isn't always a right or wrong. Where the players own judgment is not hindered by a morality meter! I want choices that make you think, that test your emotions, that tear you apart because you don't know what to do!

Well in ME2 you kinda had that same decision to make more or less (unless you had 100% paragon or renegade) with Jack & Miranda. If you couldn't talk the situation down you would end up possibly losing one.
I do understand what you mean, but ME2 wasn't exactly the place for it. The game was based off the premise that is was all or nothing and you better go all out if you want to survive it and have your Shepard carry it on to the third.

Well IMO the final decision you have to make in ME2 is a morality nuetral decision. There are pro's and con's for both sides and it really comes down to your own belief set. But overall I agree with you that ME2 didn't have as many earth shaking choices as ME1 did but than again it wasn't meant to be the same type of game.
