Will Lair of the Shadow Broker include epic catfight?

ME2 IS ME1 --- and ME1 is... gone. gone with the wind. Turned into a quick-choice mode to insure new comers can't be bothered on another system when it wouldn't be too hard to just give ME1 as a DLC or something at a lower price. Sad indeed.

But... you know... hense the " Choice".
Horribly done however... Horizen/Liara senario? Terrible gut punch. My Shepard remains pissed... yet soothed by his new Cerebus Agent with the strange sister baggage.

But... I must admit... it will be interesting bringing Tali/Miranda along for those saves where my Shepard chose them lol --- now if BW actully have alternate dialouge for such occasions... I will be very impressed.
But that is a tall order.

theh sad part is that Bioware may very well sideline the ME2 love interests in the transition to ME3
I have a sneaking suspician this is indeed going to be the case.
I seem to remember reading somewhere that the *RL* reason Liara and Ashley/Kaidan were off doing their own thing, and cannot be recruited was so there is no chance of them dying during the suicide mission - no matter how few of the team survive the round trip to spank Harbinger, there is no possibility that someone can import a save where Liara and A/K are dead and only Shepard, Miranda and one other random survived. This suggests that one or both of them are going to be important in ME3 - important enough that they could not be risked to a suicide mission.
Since anyone else can potentially die, either Bioware are going to have a lot of "Insert first character who is still alive" dialogue - which would be rather soul-less if its one size fits all dialogue - or find some way to sidestep the entire thorny issue by having the Suicide Survivors Squad disperse and go their own ways... either that, or as if by magic, Ersatz squad members will take their place - I note that several of the squad have relatives, that are mentioned quite prominently - two of whom are actually part of their respective person's loyalty mission. Mordin, Miranda (adamantium plot armour notwithstanding she *can* die if you try hard enough), Jake and Thane all have convenient Nephews, Genetically identical sisters, military-experienced fathers due out of prison or sons at the citadel waiting to take their place.
Call me suspicious, but I think I hear Checkov's gun cocking there... I'll eat a bar of processed nutritional protein paste if none of those relatives step into dead man's shoes as required... However, that does mean its likely that the ME2 LI will be backgrounded a bit in favour of the Preferred Couplings...
Anyway, I digress - bearing in mind all that, Liara basically needed a way to be kept busy and safe but available for an NPC cameo, so this was built into the storyline to do just that... Unlike A/K she's not in the military so can't be ordered to go on a convenient hush-hush mission. I was surprised she wasn't put on Ilos as she said she wanted to go back there - seemed like a ready-made way of keeping her busy, but maybe not a strong enough reason for her to not join the Normandy if asked...

Uh, so just out of curiousity, what other games have epic cat fights in them?
(P.S. I'm asking for a friend. Yep, there's no way I'd ever go out and rent said games after you've told me...)

Does KOTOR count - you can have a lightsaber battle with a Cathar, and they're like human-shaped cats?

Now... to fix this of course...you guys and gals could run through ME2 with Shepard not romancing anyone and being true to Liara.
Liara just have enough faith in shepardt that she believes he/she would survive the "suicide mission" who in fact was
less dangerous then the whole fight with saren in the first game.Feron saved the life of shepardt and liara. Not reason to be
really angry at her for what she did.

IF they do have a "cat fight" a pick one of us dialogue like the one with ashley is as far as I'd let BW go. Any further and its childish.
But this won't happen, so whatever.

I picked up ME 1 for 3 pounds sterling ((what ever that is in USA currency)) on EA's own site as DLC............
That means I bought it from E.A stores as a download for like the cost of a beer ...... that's cheaper than the overlord pack.
