Forgive me if I'm being blind here, but does she have the same streak across the nose as male Hawke? I think I can see it in that picture, but I'm not sure.

From what I can tell, yes she does and she also has one on her left cheek.

This time someone played her as a warrior. So it looks like same armor.

That's after the Varric-talks-straight thing, I believe. She's also wearing different armor. It might be something that comes later in-game, for Hawke.

Hmm perhaps that streak happens in a event  that hasn't taken place yet when that shot was captured.
