The Bioware U-Stream from PAX.

Edit: Well, since PAX is over, we might as well give our impressions on how Bioware handled their live feed.  I think special thanks should go out to that guy Derek who was working it, and David Gaider and Sebastien  for those awsome interviews.  It must have been hard to handle to lighting and sound of a large are such as the one PAX was held.  Thanks again Bioware for the work on the live feed.

Cool...I have to say the cinematics (what you can see from that small screen) look really good. Nice camera angles, and some actual action/movement going on during them. Not just two people standing there face-to-face talking.

LOL. "New rule...for the live feed, super-hot chicks on the left." Good rule.

I hope there are some of those swords left by Sunday.

The blades on glaives are too short compared to the sword-staff Bioware created. So, it's a glaive/nagianata/guan do like weapon. I'll give it a rest. Haha

Anyway, the screen with the people playing the game was enlarged for like several minutes then went away. Gah

That's not a glaive. It's double-edged, and glaives are single-edged. That thing is closest to a Swedish svärdstav, which is literally a sword-staff.

They do show people inside the rooms, and we see the whole demo. We don't see that actual footage of the demo, but one of the screens is pretty close.

It's the same with "The Old Republic". Bioware seems to have a policy of not releasing a lot of information about their unfinished games. "We aren't ready to talk about that yet" is the most common phrase from Bioware these days. "Here's a toy sword" is a close second ;-)
