Hi Everyone,

We're working on a big release on product for DAO & DAII product and we'd like to know what you'd like to see. Please keep your orders apparel, poster, or Lithograph based.

I have a big meeting next week with the art team and I wanted to get everyone's ideas.

Just when I need it, the damn CE strategy guide is missing. Great, anyways... the map of Thedas is a go for lithos or posters. Doesn't matter, it only has to be the map of Thedas.

The third Wilds concept (with ruins) also looks nice. As does the second Orzanmar concept. There is not much DA2 concept art, yet.

There is a DA:O wallpaper with the Blood Dragon and some image inside. A warrior standing on a battlefield. The image inside would be interesting.

One of my most favourite image perhaps is the art in the mage pdf-poster. I'd like a real poster of that.

In no special order:





DA2: the second concept with hills and the - Imperial? - highway.

Apparel... I'll leave that to others. I have a bad taste. edit: And I'm a girl, so most prints I'd like to wear won't be available in female sizes. (But I add +1 to Cousland crest and want the Griffon/Grey Warden crest anyways.)

Lithograph/Poster of the origin concept art. Especially the elf mage, human noble and dwarf commoner.
T-Shirt with the Cousland crest.
I've also seen a couple of people express an interest in the Desire Demon lithograph that was seen in a couple of the Behind-the-Scenes videos.

This. Printed on cloth (like the Ferelden one included in DAO CE) would be nice as well, but I'm not sure of what the price difference would be between that and a litho/poster. Going through the trouble of framing a big, cloth map may not be worth the effort...particularly when I'm going to have to find wall space for it anyways.

DA:O - Either the rest of the party members individual posters or a poster of all party members together including Shale (either posing or in action) Can just be art, doesn't have to be rendered like the Sacred Ashes posters of Sten, Morrigan, and Leliana. I also liked how each was themed to with a quote like "Witch: Power is...".



DA 2 - I know its a given that the new Blood Dragon logo will be on a shirt. But maybe make it kind of simple with just the red dragon on a black or white shirt with the "II" in the middle or going through the dragon. Also I betting the new party members in this game will be quite interesting like the first, so maybe start a plan on their posters too? Oh and maybe a shirt with Hawke holding the orb of magic with the glowing eyes in the trailer.

As for lithos I vote for something like these:

i agree that orzammar and the circle tower are probably the most appropriate locations for lithograph treatment.

Umm.. I have to say more Ladies tees and maybe some ladies long sleeve shirt (with the Bioware logo going down the arm...umm..this would be less form-fitting on the arms please) for the upcoming fall and winter. Actually...I'd like to see that for ME as well (I want the blasto tee in ladies...maybe make it a long sleeve for us! ~sobs~), but since this is DA centered, I wouldn't mind something to do with mages on a shirt. I'm not any good with catchy phrases but something with the Fade or blood magic on the shirts would be very welcomed by me. Us mage lovers get no love! That and I'm sure with the cool presentation of blood magic in the DA2 trailer all the boys who like to play as beefy warriors are rethinking that right now. If you don't believe me, check out the DA2 forums to see the buzz on it. However, make the shirts for girls too! PLEASE!



Also...Jed, I am rather partial to orange so even though I have yet to buy any DAO lithos...if there were some landscape ones with orange in it...like that circle of magi picture a couple of posts above me, I would not think twice before snatching it up. I think as far as lithos go, the art team should consider in general heading in the direction of landscape/area scenes for a while since the demon-centered ones did not sell well.

I'd personally like to see a shirt with something like "Master Wade's Fine Armors" and maybe a shop logo or an anvil and hammer.



A lithograph with the Queen of the Blackmarsh from Awakening would probably look amazing, the electric blue contrasting on the dark background of the marsh. Also an untainted High Dragon like "Andraste" in a landscape setting like the mountaintop.



And hey, While I'm dishing, maybe a few replica jewelry pieces such as Morrigan's necklace or Alistair's locket?

this too. and if its for DA2- a necklace/pendant(?) that has some sort of plot/character significance(L.I's or char design) i'd look into making a replica.

edit: oh and maybe varic/hawke plushis/figurines.... with the astrange fascination of chest hair on the forums
it might be a hit...

I'd love too have a hardcover artbook aswell. The size of a strategy guide for reference, a nice size with big pics.

I really like that Circle Tower pic found above, I believe it would make a great litho.

That sounds like quite a nice idea.  More like the ME1 book rather than the ME2 version, though.  I guess the time has passed since they've now done the trio of DA:II lithographs, but if there's another round of stuff to be released, here's another vote for the art book.

There's the signature edition complete with its, ahem, foil wrapper!  Just hope I don't mistake it for a bag of crisps.
