I was thinking "if" what about the Ilusive Man get bitten in his ass for the whole Mass Effect Retribution plot and by random chances Shepard ends controlling the organization?

I guess the first thing he would do its putting Joker and EDI to manage it. Then in ME3 you start looking for resources the organization can get for you (would explain the scanning process) and with the money you get you can put to start working some "projects" that could be a la paragon or a la cerberus (renegade)....

Would be cool
