i had those problems with some of the dlc´s after collecting the latest stuff,
but it worked to rename the file to : Profile.old

it is really anoying that there keep comming those troubles with the game.

i really hope that they do the next one way better, it sucks that one have to
do all those things to a game just to play it.

Everything seems to be working for me except Return to Ostagar. It insists that it's not authorized, no matter what I do. If I log out and log back in again, it will show up as authorized, then I play the game, and it doesn't work, and when I check the DLC page, it says "not authorized" again. Nothing seems to make a difference. Any ideas?

Yeah, I had the same problem. And the sad, but only way is to deinstall the whole game. You could save your Charakters and the packed Download-File of the game. I found no other way, but it works now
