I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but if I read online, these ended for the Dr. Pepper website, but there are a few cheap ones on Ebay for purchase. I'm pretty sure they are, but I was wondering if they are the same thing possibly or are they some how diffrent?

who knows? and why take the risk? again bioware has turned downed european gamers with all this "exclusive" DLC nonsense. its been more than 10 months this is available for yankis and I just don't think its ever going to be available in Europe. no wonder piracy exists... what other option do we have?!?

The Dr. Pepper promotion is only available to "Legal residents of US/Canada" : ( However, i know of 3 people (living in Germany) who have opted to mail them for the code(s) and where rewarded. This may or may not still work.. but i hope it helps.
