 Im having trouble with Dragon age it keeps crashing to windows on me for no reason I can tell. I plan on just reinstalling it but dont want to lose my various DLC but I cant remember what I have and when I go to the store it doesnt say "you already own this" it just says you dont have the points to buy it.

So my questions:

Where can I find out what I currently have installed
How can I retrive DLC I have already paid for after uninstalling the game


If anyone can provide a similar answer for ME2 I would be greatful 

A link to the various DL locations might not go amiss either. They are a pain to find and far from clearly labeled.
